Fudge Cupcakes recipe
This recipe yields approximately 15 cupcakes.
Ingredients:
4 squares of semi-sweet chocolate.
2 sticks of butter.
4 large eggs.
3 cups of broken pecans.
1 ¾ cups of sugar.
1 cup of unsifted flour.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate and the butter.
Add pecans and stir until thoroughly coated.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour and eggs. Blend well.
Stir in the chocolate mixture; then add the vanilla. Do not beat.
Place paper baking cups in a muffin tin and completely fill with batter.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Allow to cool for around 10 minutes in tins.
